The Walnut Laminate Adapting Profile Door Bar (1m) is recommended by Leader for the end of your floor, where your flooring meets another of different height.

This connecting profile threshold strip will fit to join the two floorings together, as long as they are of a similar height so that they can be fixed sufficiently without movement.
